Shopping at Moschino Online Store is quick and straightforward. You can complete a purchase without registering. However, we recommend creating an account to access exclusive areas and services dedicated to our customers.

How to purchase

To buy a product from Moschino Online Store:

1. From the product sheet, select the color and size of the item from the available options;
2. Add the product to your cart;
3. If you decide to continue shopping, you can view the contents of your cart at any time by clicking on the icon;
4. If you are a registered user, you can log in or continue as a guest and enter your shipping and billing addresses;
5. Choose a shipping method and payment method;
6. Enter your payment information;
7. Review the information you’ve entered to ensure it is correct and click “Buy”.

Within a few minutes, you will receive a message informing you of the outcome of your purchase. Finally, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order.

New collections and items being restocked may be available for pre-order.

A pre-order is a reservation for an item that is not yet in stock. For each pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be indicated on the product sheet.

If you have received a promotional code, simply enter it on the checkout page: the discount will be automatically calculated and displayed. We recommend verifying that the discount has been applied before completing your purchase.

Remember to enter the promotional code at the time of finalizing the order, as it cannot be added later. If, after checking, your code does not work, please contact our Customer Service.

Also, please note that promotions and discounts cannot be combined or may not be valid for certain product categories; check the promotion conditions on the communication received.

Creating an account is simple and free. Go to Login page, enter the required information, and choose a password. Registered users can save their favorite products to a wishlist and access all information related to orders and returns.

To recover your password, simply go to the Register page and enter the email address you used to register. You will receive a message allowing you to set a new password for your account.

Registration is not required to make a purchase, but you will not be able to view your orders in your Private area.

To modify your details, log in to your Account by entering your email and password. By clicking on "Edit", you can update the information you want.

We're sorry to see you go! Remember that your Account is free and allows you to shop easily, enjoy promotions, and access exclusive discounts.

If you still wish to deactivate your Account, please contact our Customer Service, confirming your personal details and the email address you used to register. Once we receive this information, we will deactivate your Account and send you an email to confirm the closure.

If you change your mind in the future, simply contact Customer Service again with your details, and we can reactivate your Account. Alternatively, you can register again using a different email address.

You can sign up from the Home Page by entering your email address in the footer of the site or directly during the registration of your Account.

If you no longer wish to receive our communications, click the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of each of our newsletters. It may take up to 7 days for this change to take effect.

If you change your mind in the future, you can easily resubscribe by following the instructions mentioned above.

If the order has been placed correctly and is confirmed, you will be redirected to the confirmation page where you will find your order number. You will also receive an email with all the details.

If you do not find the order confirmation email, we recommend checking your spam folder or contacting our Customer Service.

If you are registered, log in to your Account to view the order status in the dedicated section.

If you are not registered, you will still receive an email when the order is shipped from our warehouse with a link to track the shipment.

Once the order is completed, it cannot be modified, but it can be canceled.

The warranty covers defects in the product, excluding those caused by misuse or improper treatment. By law, it lasts for 24 months from the date of purchase of the product, as stated on the receipt/invoice.

We are very sorry if you received a defective product and want to help you resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

For online purchases, contact Customer Service as soon as you discover the defect and provide as many details as possible (order number, which item is defective, what the defect is, etc.).

A Customer Service representative will find a solution and respond to your request as soon as possible.

On the Moschino Online Store, you can make payments using: credit card, debit card, prepaid card from any international network, PayPal, Klarna, Scalapay, Gpay, Apple Pay, Alipay, WeChat Pay.

Your personal information is encrypted and secure. On Moschino Online Store, every purchase is made with the highest security due to the use of certified secure servers and the adoption of advanced encryption systems (SSL). All transactions are processed through a secure online payment gateway that transfers payment information using the highest security standard, in encrypted form: your credit card data will be completely unreadable to third parties. We also use only protected connections, as indicated by the 'https' prefix and the padlock symbol that appear in the browser's address bar. To protect your credit card purchases, each order will require you to enter the CVV2/CVC2/CID security code.

We also take the risk of fraud seriously; all credit and debit card payments are subject to validation and authorization by both us and your credit institution. Our payment department will perform anti-fraud checks before approving the transaction and, as an additional precaution, may contact you for further details before confirming the order.

On Mastercard and Visa cards, the security code is a 3-digit number located on the back of the card near the signature strip. On American Express cards, the security code is located on the front of the card and consists of 4 digits.

All orders come with a tracking service. Once the shipment is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with a link to track the status of your order. After 24 hours from the order being shipped, you will be able to follow the shipping status by accessing the tracking page.

UPS makes deliveries during business hours from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. After an unsuccessful first delivery attempt, the courier will take your package to the nearest UPS Access Point, if available in your area. You will receive a UPS InfoNotice with all the necessary instructions and information for pickup.

If there is no pickup point in your area, the courier will make two additional delivery attempts. After that, the order will be returned to our warehouse.

To pick up your order at the UPS Access Point, you will need to present a valid ID; if you are unable to collect the package personally, you can authorize someone else to pick it up on your behalf. If the package is not picked up within 10 days, it will be returned to our warehouse, and we will process a refund.

Alternatively, you can contact the courier to arrange a second delivery attempt at no additional cost.

Delivery is estimated to take 1-2 business days within Italy, 1-5 business days within the EU, and for all other destinations.

All orders are processed automatically, so it is not possible to modify shipping and delivery times. Carriers do not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays; delivery times may experience delays during Italian holidays. For deliveries to non-EU countries, customs procedures may cause delays beyond our original estimated delivery times.

For orders placed using credit cards or PayPal, an administrative verification may be required, with order processing times of up to 48 business hours.

We strive to adhere to the estimated delivery times, but during peak periods, timings may vary slightly. Additionally, occasional technical updates to our operating system or force majeure events (such as particularly adverse weather conditions) may temporarily affect delivery services or the deadline for placing an order, as well as the expected delivery times.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to select a specific day or time. However, you can try contacting the courier directly to arrange a possible delivery date.

Visit our Orders and Returns page to process your return quickly and easily. You can return products within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.

If you want to exchange the purchased item for a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order. To return your item, visit our Orders and Returns page.

In case of withdrawal, the Customer will be refunded all amounts paid to DROP at the time of purchase, including delivery costs if all purchased products are returned, except for any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery option offered.

The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer for the initial transaction.

The costs of returning the products are borne by the Customer and will be deducted from the refund amount due following the exercise of the right of withdrawal.

Depending on the payment method used, it may take up to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your return to reach our warehouse.

Once received, we will send you an email to confirm the refund has been processed. All refunds will be automatically issued to the payment method used for the order.

The amount will be available in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

It is possible to return a customized product as long as all its components are returned (personalized lettering and Moschino lettering). We recommend always checking the product page to verify the return conditions.

For security reasons, we cannot refund to a card other than the one used for the purchase.
