Non-accessible Content
The following content is not accessible due to non-compliance with Law No. 4 of January 9, 2004:
- C.9.1.1.1 - Some non-text content presented to the user does not have an equivalent textual alternative that serves the same purpose;
- C.9.1.3.1 - In some cases, information, structure, or relationships conveyed by page presentation cannot be programmatically determined (or are not available via text);
- C.9.1.3.2 - In some cases, where the sequence in which content is presented impacts its meaning, it is visual rather than structural;
- C.9.1.4.1 - In certain instances, color alone has been used to identify a purpose or distinguish information or functionality;
- C.9.1.4.3 - The visual representation of text and images containing text does not always meet the minimum contrast ratio required, except for exceptions such as logos;
- C.9.1.4.4 - Certain text, excluding captions and images containing text, cannot be resized up to 200% without using assistive technologies and without losing content or functionality;
- C.9.1.4.10 - Content not requiring representation in two dimensions (such as data tables or maps) does not rearrange when the display size changes in the user agent;
- C.9.1.4.11 - For some essential components, including various states, the color contrast with adjacent elements does not exceed a ratio of 3:1;
- C.9.2.1.1 - Certain functionalities cannot be used via a keyboard (or similar input interfaces);
- C.9.2.2.2 - Some animations, blinking, scrolling, or auto-updating information presented for longer than five seconds do not have mechanisms to interrupt or hide them;
- C.9.2.4.1 - A mechanism to skip repeated content blocks across multiple web pages is missing;
- C.9.2.4.2 - Some web pages lack titles that describe their topic or purpose;
- C.9.2.4.3 - In some web pages navigated sequentially where navigation sequence affects meaning or functionality, some elements that could receive focus do not preserve proper order;
- C.9.2.4.4 - The purpose of certain links cannot be determined from the link text or context;
- C.9.2.4.6 - Headings and/or labels do not sufficiently clarify content or functionality;
- C.9.2.4.7 - Some interactive elements do not display visible focus indicators;
- C.9.2.5.3 - For some user interface components with labels that include text or images of text, the name read by assistive technologies does not contain the text visually presented;
- C.9.3.2.4 - Some components with the same functionality across a set of web pages are not consistently identified;
- C.9.3.3.2 - In some cases, labels or instructions are not provided when content requires user input;
- C.9.4.1.2 - In some cases, user interface components (including form elements, links, and components generated by scripts), names, roles, states, properties, and values are incorrect or unset, or users are not notified when changes occur;
- C.9.4.1.3 - In some cases, status messages are not presented to users in a way that assistive technologies interpret them without requiring focus movement;
