How long will my order take to arrive?

We are doing our best to ensure the expected delivery time. However, due to regulations implemented to contain contagion from Covid-19, delivery times may be delayed and the Express delivery service is temporarily suspended.
Thank you for your understanding and we would like to reassure you that we will continue as always to strive to limit changes in delivery times as much as possible.

Does your UPS courier continue to ship normally?

The restrictions applied to the containment of the Covid-19 do not apply to the movement of goods and UPS, our delivery partner, is continuing to provide the shipping service. Due to local operating conditions, some parcel pick-ups and deliveries may be slightly delayed.

Which address can my order be shipped to?

As a result of the government's measures to contain the contagion, most stores will remain closed until further notice and, as a result, shipments to UPS Access Points could be affected too.
We suggest you using your home address as shipping address for your orders.

How long will the pick-up take after making a return?

If you should have any problems with the return, we ask you to try rescheduling it after a few days. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Service that will do its best to help you.
We inform you that to cope with the situation, we extend the return period from 15 to 30 days.
